how good is jessica alba’s body here… was that before her after her bub?
Have to agree… exercise is the best cellulite treatment, if not the only effective one.

@lilchez1 Hey girl I’ve experience some horrible candida die off reactions over the years,but on the 80/10/10 diet I had very mild die off reactions. According to Dr.Graham yeasts doesn’t have a long life span but if you keep feeding the yeasts it will continue to grow.Yeah…..Yeasts die off symptoms are a mother….. alot people give up on fighting candida because of the die off. Checking out “Dry Skin Brushing” for lymph system cleaning.Yerba Prima makes a good brush($10)…

@Angelicalovessolur Well my bf started walking me to death but would you believe I stopped exercising so that I could retain my cellulite for this video? Lol. I know I’m ridiculous but I needed it to be seen or people wouldn’t have paid attention to the video as much. I’ve only gone to gym once since vid and got REALLY sick. I think from the cold supermarket afterwards with my wet skin. My ff thinks its from people at the gym. Either way I am gonna be starting all the things I have in store soon

i have had this horrible experience but I started running, and I brought a product from Nivea, and it does fine, but I am satisfied as my progression looks, I have 3 kids so since I run and exercise a lot, it has helped me a lot

@yrkt27 I started buying cellulite lotions & I felt better. I don’t know if it was the lotion or me eating less that made it seem better some time. The problem for me now is all the things I have been reading about the beauty industry and the poison in our products. I couldn’t imagine what would be in cellulite lotion that could melt fat but it seems like they might be experimenting with us again. I will def try the running but I suck at running. It makes my chest hurt but I’ll get over it. Lol.
